I just saw this an I am very shocked and deeply upset.
I am a 14 year old who like reading and writing books.
I recently started writing my books but what unsettled me was that your series has the exact same name as mine.
my series is called the elemental series but I don’t think I want to write anymore because your series haw the same name as mine and my books are also based on the elements

I’m sorry you’re so upset. Mine is not the only series titled “The Elemental Series”. It was a very popular theme for a while. If you do a quick search you can find many series with the same title by Elizabeth Hunter, Brigid Kemmer, Anthony John, Shannon Mayer and many more. Not to mention the Elemental Masters by Mercedes Lackey. Titles mean nothing; they’re just a label. But I’m definitely not the only one who has used that particular title. Plenty of books have similar or identical titles. And if you get picked up by a traditional publisher, you’ll have little to no say over your title. You can’t let small things like this get to you.
